Refund Policy

The AltarPray reflection experience is available without payment. Optional contributions support hosting, payment processing, maintenance, and continued development. A contribution does not affect the experience or any outcome.

This does not affect mandatory consumer rights. We may issue a refund where required by law or in cases of duplicate payment, unauthorized payment, or technical failure.

Send refund or payment-support requests to vow@altarpray.com within 14 days of payment. Include the payment date, amount, currency, and the email used at Stripe Checkout. Do not include your private reflection text.
